The ICT Service Desk is located on the South Kensington Campus and is your first point of contact for IT-related problems and queries.
The ICT Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 18.00 (excluding College closure days). If you experience an ICT-related issue outside of our working hours, there are various ways to contact us: ICT Service Desk out of hours support.

ICT Service Desk in the Central Library
Face to face support is offered by our Service Desk Specialists in the Central Library on South Kensington Campus if you have any IT-related queries or problems.
We are present from 08:30 to 18.00, Monday to Friday on Level 1, opposite the central staircase, next to Room 110.
