Volunteering at the Imperial Festival

A sign-up process for volunteers will be opened later in the year. Please check back in November or contact us  on festival@imperial.ac.uk to be added to a mailing list so you’re to be informed as soon as volunteer slots opportunities open up.

Volunteering at Imperial Festival can give you the opportunity to try something new, gain experience, develop skills, improve your career prospects, build confidence, meet new people and have fun! And you get a free Imperial Festival T-shirt!

We had a record number of volunteers help deliver the Festival in 2017 including over 250 staff, students and supporters of the College. The success of the Festival is dependent on the skills, time and energy of our volunteer army and we are very grateful to all who help us make it happen.

For the 2018 Festival there will be again be hundreds of volunteer slots roles available ranging from early bird set-up to leafleting on the road or tube, greeting visitors, selling merchandise and guiding tour groups to labs. Volunteering opportunities at the Festival are available to everyone, regardless of affiliation to Imperial College.
