The Postgraduate Research Experience Survey or PRES is a national survey of postgraduate research students organised by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) which invites them to comment on their programme and experience. The survey takes place every two years and the College will next participate in PRES 2019.

PRES 2017

PRES was open from Tuesday 25 April 2017 and to Thursday 18 May 2017 and achieved a participation rate of 59%. 

Results have been distributed to depratments.  Please contact your department if you would like to hear about the reults and action plans to in place. 

PRES 2015

PRES was open from March 2015 - May 2015 and achieved a participation rate of 42.9%.

PRES 2013 

The survey was open from March until May 2013 and achieved a participation rate of 43.7%. An increase of 8.9% on the 2011 PRES.

PRES 2011 

Thanks to all 1155 of you who completed the survey in spring 2011. This meant an overall response rate of 34.8% (31.5% in 2008).
