Parsons House is located in West Kensington. It is based in the grounds of the Imperial Charing Cross Hospital campus. Clusters of four-bed flats occupy the first three floors of Parsons House, creating a tight-knit community that strikes the perfect balance between halls and private accommodation.
Communal facilities at next-door Golding House are ideal for connecting with people, while the private flats make it easy for you to find your own space.
Parsons House is owned and managed by A2Dominion Group, who will be carrying out some improvements works to the building starting in summer 2018 and likely to be completed in 2020. The first phase of works involves paintwork and window/facade repairs to the exterior, which require scaffolding to be up around the building for several months. Also included in this first phase of works will be upgrades and replacement of some core internal electrical wiring. Disruption will be kept to a minimum but work will continue into the 2018-19 academic year. We will update this page with further information on the following phases of works in due course.
